Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by GhostChat Labs ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using our services, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

GhostChat Labs provides custom AI chatbot and AI persona design, implementation, hosting and related advisory services (the "Services").

2. Ownership

You retain ownership of your own name, likeness, brand assets and any original content you provide. We retain ownership of all underlying software, prompts, configurations, model wiring, libraries and infrastructure used to deliver the Services. We grant you a license to use the resulting bot(s) while your subscription is active and paid.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to create personas based on minors, non-consensual likenesses, or for illegal or abusive purposes. NSFW / adult use-cases require explicit opt-in and must comply with platform rules and applicable laws.

4. Payments & Renewals

Setup fees are payable upfront and are non-refundable once work has begun. Monthly subscription fees renew automatically until cancelled. We may suspend or terminate service for failed or late payment.

5. Liability

You are responsible for how your AI persona is marketed, positioned and used. We are not liable for any content generated by models, or for loss of revenue, reputation, or indirect or consequential damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you to us in the preceding 30 days.

6. Data & Confidentiality

We handle your data in line with our Privacy Policy. We may store logs and configuration data to maintain and improve the Services. You may request deletion of your data, subject to legal obligations.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate Services by written notice. Outstanding fees remain payable. After termination, access to hosted bots and related infrastructure may be removed.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
